'The No
1 Timeshare Company In Thailand, China & Europe Is
Recruiting Now !'
JOB
DESCRIPTION'S
See Below: Job Descriptions - Arrival Details For
Training - Important Notes & Reminders
SALES
REPRESENTATIVES
As a sales rep
you will be given qualified clients each day for you to
give a presentation to.
You will be
working from a sales office / exhibition centre or
Hotel.
After your
training is completed, you will collect your client from
reception and begin your presentation which can last
anything from 90 minutes to several hours depending on
how well you do and how many questions the client asks
you during your presentation. Typically your clients
will be married and with / without children, Singles or
couples on holiday together.
You will be
required to give a full presentation of the facts and
benefits of joining our company's holiday club, which
will usually include a tour of a resort (where
applicable) and a multi-media presentation as well as
verbal and written examples.
It is important to understand that this job is not like
any of the following "sales" jobs: Retail, FMCG or even
car sales where basic salaries exist as you must wait
for your potential clients to walk in and are therefore
interested in your product from the beginning.
Timeshare is
much more like advertising sales, or home improvement
sales where clients are provided daily and results are
expected.
These
performance driven jobs are always commission only, plus
bonuses so you have to have funds to financially support
yourself for the first few weeks whilst waiting for my
commissions to start.
However, the great news is that so long as you have a
confident, fun, outgoing personality, whilst still
maintaining a professional attitude and appearance you
will do well - and get paid generously for your efforts.
Typically, a new sales rep should achieve at least 1
sale out of every 10 clients that they see, which in
most companies equates to 1 sale per week.
Commission structures vary but tend to average out at 8%
and up to 20% commission of the net sale which means
that you can expect to earn anything between £350 and
£1200 ++ per sale.
An average rep is expected to do 1/2 or even 3 sales out
of every 10 clients and an experienced / top rep should
average 4 or 5 sales out of every 10 clients earning
them in excess of £1500-2000 per week. Anything less
than 1 in 10 sales record is not good for both the
company and the rep due to the commission based payment.
OPC's
/ MARKETING STAFF
The Marketing
Staff or OPC's (Outside Promotional Contacts) are not
responsible for any sales.
Their job is to provide the resort / sales deck with
their clients. This is either done by using OPC's
(Outside personal Contacts) on the streets who approach
the tourist population and invite them to take a tour of
the resort in return for a number of gifts, .
The Marketing Staff get paid on every qualified client
that takes the tour and stays 90 minutes and irrelevant
of whether they join the holiday club or not - but if
they do you also get a bonus!
This job is a very sociable job and requires active,
bubbly, confident and attractive staff.
Marketing Staff would expect to earn £200-£500 per week
based on the number of clients they provide although
some experienced staff will earn more than double that.
TELEMARKETING:
Telemarketing
Staff do much the same as a OPC but who ring
holidaymakers at their hotels and invite them to take a
tour. Telemarketer are also given leads per day to call
in the morning or late afternoon and work from a
telemarketing office.
Telemarketing
Staff would expect to earn £150-£400 per week based on
the number of clients they provide although some
experienced staff with experience can earn more than
double that.
All 3 Sales & Marketing positions above are better for
experienced timeshare Reps, OPCs or telemarketers due to
they will be the ones who make money within a few days
of arriving and they do not require in-depth training
which can take up to one week or more, but saying this,
they also started at the bottom and worked their way up
so if you feel that you have what it takes and either
want to live and work in Thailand or travel around the
world working in Timeshare, then give it a go!
In all cases of employment you will need to be able to
say yes to all of the following statements:
*
I am over 21 years of age. * I am available for a
permanent position. * I can financially support myself
for the first few weeks whilst waiting for my
commissions to start. * Have I got what it takes * Do I
want to live/work in Thailand or China ?
IMPORTANT
NOTES
* Please remember that all the
above job vacancies are commission ONLY so you
MUST have funds enough to see you through the one
weeks training and until you make sales/supply qualified
guests. This could be a few weeks and depends how
committed you are.
* You will be supplied with one
month FREE accommodation either on Phuket, Samui
or Pattaya.
* Your travel expenses (Flights
Etc) will be paid but only after you have (Sales rep)
2+2 deals or (Marketing) supplied 4 qualified guests.
OUR RESORTS, SALES DECKS & RESORCES:

in Asia in Patong beach - Phuket at the
Absolute Sea Pearl Beach Resort,
